InventHelp Inventor Develops Protective Ear Coverings for Salons (CHK-899)

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 24, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — “I’m a hairdresser and I wanted to create a protective barrier for the ears when hair pressing, drying, straightening, perming, coloring, and curling hair,” said an inventor, from Chicago, Ill., “so I invented THE EAR HEAT RESISTANT PROTECTOR. My design would effectively protect the ears from heat and chemical solutions, which can cause burns, irritation, and possible scars.”

The invention provides a set of protective covers for the ears. In doing so, it helps protect against burns when using a hot hair care appliance, hood dryer, solutions, etc. As a result, it increases safety and it could provide added confidence and flexibility while styling clients’ hair. The invention features a comfortable and reusable design that is easy to use so it is ideal for salons. Additionally, it is producible in design variations.

The original design was submitted to the Chicago sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
